Evaluating Mechanical Valves, Biological Valves and the Ross Procedure

When facing aortic valve disease, patients often have three primary treatment options: mechanical valve replacements, biological (tissue) valve replacements, or the Ross procedure. But how do these choices compare in terms of durability, lifestyle impact, and long-term outcomes?
