Hi everyone Please let me apologize for not posting as i should. I just realized that it was a year for me on last Saturday. I feel so blessed to be here. Im not having any problems with my valve what so ever Thank God. The only problem i have is getting this weight off it just wont budge. For anyone is is about to have surgery i say to you yes it is a scary thing to go through but with family support you will come out on top. For me i had to tell myself i have to stay alive who will take care of everyone lol. Ive been running myself ragged back in my routine between trying to run my bussiness, and still taking care of my kids, and still being a wife. but God has brought me through and he is still moving. I thank you all of you that are part of HVJ and that helped me go through i will never forget you. And i promise to write more often in my journal. Tameika

Hi everyone I'm so sorry for not posting. I got so caught up with everything going on in my life until I haven't had time to myself. It's 4 o'clock in the morning and I couldn't sleep and as I sat here I looked at calendar and realized today makes six months since my surgery maybe this is why I can't sleep I should be up thanking God for keeping and bringing me through. So I thank you Lord. I haven't had any problems since my surgery other than I still need to loose weight lol can't seem to get any off. Otherwise very healthy. I have had a lot going on in my life I've had a couple close family members pass and in April my husband had surgery and is still sick so it's hard taking care of him as well as still trying to run a business and take care of kids and run my household, but with Gods help I am managing. So to anyone out there about to go through your surgery just know you will come out fine and it may be rough at first but you will make it. It gets better very quickly. I'm so thankful to be here. Again I'm so very sorry to all of my HVJ friends I know I suck lol. Please forgive me . And if someone has any tips on how to get this weight off I would appreciate it lol I will try and stay current for everyone TAMEIKA

What a wheel I've been on. I just got out of hospital Monday and turned around today and had to pack up my family and come to Atlanta Georgia because my father in law passed away. I'm still recovering myself if you only knew how much of a struggle it was to try and pack it was awful because I didn't feel well so my 15 yr old daughter had to pack her, my and my 8 yr old sons clothes so God knows what in my suitcase lol but we made it here it's a little much on my husband because I was going through this and his father was going through something else. So I ask all my HVJ family to say a prayer for us and me I hope I don't get to feeling bad down here I already can't help with anything so but I'll keep you informed Tameika
