Deena Z It takes time, Sudesh to recovery. My full recovery took over one year, that is, to the point where my resting heart rate was where I wanted. -- and it was lower than before the surgery. Ten weeks is a short time. Also, exertion right after eating probably takes more energy on the part of your body, so check out when your body gets really tired.
