I had a meditronic evolution fx aortic valve implanted in Aug. of 2024. Subsequent ct scans and echos determined it was affected by HALT in Feb. of 2024. I am on antiplatlet therapy which is an 81 mg aspirin. I have had no anticoagulant therapy at all. I was told the gradients were minor and I know the pros and cons of anticoagulant therapy. anyone with a similar condition with input?
