My wife had Double heart valve replacement (aortic and mitral) in 2015.
at the age of 28. Now at 37, found severe TR (Tricuspid regurgitation). Dr gave( water removal)medicine for six months. Any one here with similar situation? I m in doubt might be need third valve replacement surgery?

Kimberly Eisenhut Neha, I am so sorry to hear this news about your wife. I also have moderate to severe TR and am in wait and watch mode these past 6 years. I do know for primary tricuspid, they wait until severe/ with symptoms. Please keep us updated as you find out more. Rita Savelis I also had double valve surgery in 2015. At the time, unbeknownst to me before surgery, my surgeon also looked at my tricuspid and reinfoced it with a ring. He said that after the mitral valve is worked on, sometimes the tricuspid will have problems later. I'm sorry that your wife is going through this. What does her surgeon say?
