I am not a cardiologist but I don't see the connection between afib and pacemaker. A pacemaker can help with your heart getting into rhythm. However, I believe in your case it's just fixing symptoms and not fixing the underlying issue. Get a second opinion. Btw, I had severe afib... Read more.
