Hi, I am a 60 year old woman and was diagnosed with MAD back in 2019. I am an athlete and very active. I have PVC’S with a burden of 15%. Also diagnosed as mitral valve disjunction, and the MRI demonstrated bileaflet mitral valve prolapse with a 12mm disjunction and ejection fraction 57%. Evidence of LGE involving a portion of the mitral annulus. I get an echocardiogram yearly. I am dizzy often and wonder if there is any other treatment at this point?
