Such a relief when it's over.. Here's to learning how to relax & listen to your body! It will tell you if you over due it. I am continuing to learn that line!! Keep in touch Shainy

Welcome home Jarrod. Great to hear your surgeon was able to get you a mitral valve repair. That's ideal. All the best recovering nice and slowly. No need to rush - especially given all the challenges around us right now. Take your time and watch some movies!!!

Jarrod... what I have come to realize 6 weeks out from RMVR is the lockdown has been good for my recovery. I don't think I would have sat this still once I started feeling better. It's kept my daily activities to basically walking, napping & eating. I feel grateful that... Read more.
