Ilias - Welcome! I would consider reaching out directly to the Cleveland Clinic to explain your situation. Reimbursement from American insurance companies and Medicare (for those over 65) varies significantly. If you let them know you're paying directly, they will likely be able to quote you a cost they're willing... Read more.

Hi, I had my surgery in Germany and paid out of pocket. Price wasn't unbearable. Price in the USA was unreal if you are outsider without any insurance.
