Tomorrow I go in for my final pre-op tests for my aortic valve replacement surgery on Friday, April 8th - frankly no one seems to know that I'm petrified!!! I came to Oregon from Alaska to have my surgery due to family taking care of me after surgery, but I'm worried about my parents taking care of me for 6-10 more weeks / I'm 61 yrs old!! Friends & my job waiting for me in Alaska, but surely they won't wait the 3+ months my total time away from home - am so afraid to lose everything . Is this normal anxieties?
