I just wanted to post because this book and website was a saving grace and helped me in preparing for surgery as well as post surgery and knowing what to expect in both places. I talked to my surgeon (Dr Tim Krofus, Abbott Northwestern hospital) about this website and book and they where going to advise their patients of both the books and website. They where impressed with how prepared I was, as far a knowledge and also mentally prepared for all that went on. It is now three months after my surgery, and I feel very good, my stamina is returning actually most of it is new to me, I was low on energy for a long time before this surgery. I am now looking for a new career and or job, prefer to be career and will be working hard at starting that as we roll into spring.
