Leaking aortic valve, ascending aortic aneurysm, & arterial fibrillation all diagnosed after a mild stroke on 2/28/2023.
On June 1, 2023, Dr. Brown and team gave my life back to me when they replaced the aortic valve, rebuilt my ascending aorta, and installed a clip to prevent clots from forming in my heart. The A-Fib problem will be addressed in September with a low voltage charge to the heart to re-synch the heart beat. Sorry the name of the procedure escapes me. It’s non-invasive, highly successful and can be repeated.
