Hi my name is William (Bill) I'm 53 and just found out that I will have Heart Valve replacement surgery in the next 2 weeks, My story starts out was mowing the lawn and I noticed a clinching in my chest and shortnest of breathe, Made a appointment with my primary doctor and he sent me to the cardio doctor asap, where he told me after the echo cardo gram that my Aortic Valve was severely damaged and I would need a valve replacement or I would possibly live for a year.
