Stenotic Bicuspid valve Identified 3 years ago. Have been followed by team of Docs with the idea that surgery was 5-10 years out. Recent echo shows disease has progressed significantly in the last year. I am picking up pace of learning as I believe I may be advised to get surgery in the near future. I am specifically trying to learn whether the right intercostal approach is a viable option and where.
