iam 49 years old, while jogging in beach sand, felt pain which would go away after few seconds if rested,checked with echogram to find Severe calcific aortic stenosis with mild aortic incompetence.Angio was done on 5th july , found my heart veins to be clean,Thus open heart surgery was done on 6th july 2017 .St. jude SJM MECHANICAL HEART VALVE was fitted.its nearly 6 months now iam almost back to normal
with daily beach brisk walking and routine life.
