I am 56 now and was asymptomatic but during a routine checkup and echocardiogram, they diagnosed a bicuspid aortic valve with severe aortic stenosis and post stenotic dilatation of ascending aorta (5.6cms). I underwent a Modified Bentall Procedure which includes replacing the aortic valve with a bio prosthetic valve, resection of the dilated portion of ascending aorta with a synthetic graft and reimplantation of two of the coronaries into the graft. The left coronary artery was left untouched.
