About Me (In My Own Words)

I was diagnosed at birth with a bicuspid aortic valve and have seen a cardiologist yearly. My last visit I was told that it was time to have the valve replaced due to aortic stenosis.

I met with world renowned cardiac surgeon Dr. Duke Cameron and will be having the Ross Procedure done later this month at Johns Hopkins.
