About Me (In My Own Words)
On March 16th 2012, I passed my one year since surgery. (16 MArch 2011). I have had 36 sessions of cardio rehab and am doing well (whatever well means). I had a slight setback in dec 2011 (fell in bathroom and wound up with a Small non-displaced fracture of the pelvic bone). Seem to be dong well now and was able to do a 2hr hike in Sedona at 5,000 ft elevation.
