About Me

I was diagnosed with a bicuspid aortic valve about 15 years ago and have had echo's keeping an Eye on the progression of stenosis. I now have severe Stenosis and just saw my cardiologist today. I am 65, I am very active and do a lot of hiking, even planning some backpacking this summer (maybe). I have no symptoms with my severe stenosis so I have not yet made up my mind to have surgery or wait until symptoms show up. I am taking a few days to learn all I can. I welcome any feedback.
