About Me (In My Own Words)
Hello! I'm a BAV patient with severe AR, and I'm scheduled for surgery on December 9. Dr Morris Brown at Piedmont Heart Institute will perform the operation. After a lot of debate, I'm going with an Inspiris valve. It'll be a Bentall procedure using the Konect Resilia aortic valve conduit.
I'm nervous about the surgery, of course, but definitely ready to have this behind me!
