About Me (In My Own Words)
Since being diagnosed with mitral valve regurgitation several years ago, I have been seen regularly by a cardiologist and scheduled for the various tests used to monitor my mitral valve regurgitation. We have reached the point where it is time to repair the mitral valve. I've also been seen by a heart failure cardiologist and a robotic surgeon. With all things being considered, as well as my age 84, my heart team has decided mitral valve clip repair is the best solution for me.
