Heart Murmur detected during a routine medical check up, had the murmur for many years, 11 years ago an echo was done but was told there was nothing to worry about, the doctor requested an echo cardiogram and we found that the area of the valve was 0.5cm2 which was considered critical, was sent to a cardiologist, Dr Manish Manigi, who explained the issue and sent me to the surgeon Dr S Ahmed at Trillium health center, Surgery was scheduled at first for April 5th 2012, but was cancelled and was changed to 18th April 2012, The surgery went well and its 4 week after surgery today. I walk about 3 miles every day, feeling great, thanks to Adam for his book and the great doctors at Trillium health center in Mississauga.
