About Me (In My Own Words)
I had an an aortic valve replacement in 2003 (16 years ago) at age 41, am moderately active, don't smoke and am not overweight and have a blood pressure of 125/70.
20 years ago, my resting heart rate was about 60 pbm but it has been very gradually decreasing:
Sitting at a desk, my heart rate now is as low as 41.
Lying down, my heart rate goes down to 38.
Should I be concerned that it will continue decreasing ?
