TAVR procedure with 26 mm Edwards Sapien in July 2023. Diagnosed with Hemolytic Anemia due to perivalvular regurg December 2023. Underwent a re-ballooning of the valve January 30, 2024. Hemolytic Anemia slightly improved but remains a significant problem.
Dr. wants to put in a 29 mm Medtronic TAVR to eliminate the perivalvular regurg. To do this I have to have a pacemaker first. I'm fairly concerned about all of this.
Anybody out there have a similar experience? I'd sure like to hear your testimony!
