41 year old super fit and healthy mum. Out of the blue chest pain....week after this started CT scan revealed Type A Aortic dissection and aneurysm. Had Bentalls procedure (St Judes mechanical valve implanted, aortic root and hemi arch replacemet) + CABG *1(saphenous vein graft) So very lucky and happy to still be alive
