About Me (In My Own Words)
I am a sixty eight year old male who underwent mitral valve repair in September 2009.
The repair has been successful but probably would have been more successful if carried out sooner.
I have now been diagnosed with heart failure. I have had a very active life but I now seem to be more restricted in what I can do.I find this very frustrating but I am also very grateful for what has been achieved.
