Ejection fraction before surgery (8/30/2022) was 30. Ejection fraction 5 days after surgery after surgery (09/06/2022) was 60. Ejection fraction on 11/07/2022 was back to pre surgery 30. I was told that the Ejection fraction of 60 was incorrect and overstated because the impact of the drug Milrinone had not worn off. Also developed Tachycardia (hrt rate 105-120). Looks like the open heart surgery was a failure. Went in with aFib and went out with Tachycardia along with no improvement in ejection fraction. I'm disgusted!
