About Me (In My Own Words)
I'm an active 55 year old male. Two years ago, after fainting getting up from a bench on a tennis court, I got checked out and discovered I had a bicuspid heart valve. The diagnosis was mild stenosis with an ascending aortic aneurysm of 4.4 centimeters. Two years later, my stenosis is moderate and the aneurysm is constant, but surgery is going to be needed. The question is when, where, and what kind of treatment. I welcome any thoughts and suggestions.
