I began having heart racing and palpitations in February that landed me in the ER. This began a string of appointments to consider a heart "murmur" that was causing palpitations. Just prior to a scheduled appointment with the "valve" guy, I ended up in the ER again. That was on a Wednesday on Friday the word was, "time to replace, like now." The next Thursday it have the TAVR. During my 4 week followup, the doctors were alarmed to see an electrical issue to the point they told me we need to do this tomorrow and I had the PM implanted. All went well.
