About Me (In My Own Words)
I was born with shones syndrome and from birth have had 4 open heart op's to fix narrowed arteries, aortic valve replacement along with other things. I'm currently facing a new hurdle of having to have my child's size aortic valve replaced with an adults one but with so much scar tissue some of this will have to be removed and because of the size of the adult valve it will compromise the mitral valve which leaks so they have no choice but to replace that too some time in the next 6 months is very possible.
