Rheumatic fever x3 ages 12, 21 and in 30's. Afib Sept. 2002 - Finally controlled Aug. 2004 after Catheter Ablation by medication (Tikosyn). Bariatric Surgery 2007 - periodic periods of AFib. 2010 permanent Afib. - 2011-2nd Catheter Ablation aborted - Mitral Valve determined to need replacement. Waiting Surgery date.
