About Me (In My Own Words)
Born 1959 with congenital heart disease. Had open heart surgery in November of 72.
Never had any restriction and grew up quite normal. For the past 10 yrs. the heart chamber has been enlarging. Now, on Dec. 9, I'm going in for HVR. I have a positive attitude, but I know what's coming. I've been doing Crossfit 2 -3 times per week trying to get in good shape which will help in the recovery time.
