In 2011, I had surgery to replace my (bicuspid) aortic valve due to regurgitation and repair an ascending aortic aneurysm at Vanderbilt University Hospital. Now, the bovine valve is stenotic and the ascending aorta is once again aneurysmal. This time, I am interested in pursuing the Ross Procedure and I have an appointment next month at the Cleveland Clinic. I enjoy reading everyone's stories on this website!
