About Me (In My Own Words)
I was born with a heart murmur and they thought I would grow out of it. Eventually, 12 years ago while at an unrelated Doctor appointment, they heard the murmur and we learned that eventually it would need to be repaired or replaced. With some increasing symptoms, we did further testing which revealed it was time for the surgery which we scheduled for May 8th.
