About Me (In My Own Words)
I was diagnosed with a heart murmur and moderate aortic regurgitation in 2016. At my latest checkup in 2025 with a new cardiologist, I learned I have severe aortic regurgitation and a bicuspid aortic valve, and should have surgery within a year. I'm currently still learning what options are available to me.
