About Me (In My Own Words)
I've recently been told that my mitral valve regurgitation is severe and my PA indicates the need for surgery sooner than later.I had a cardiac cath done last Thursday. Good news...the coronary arteries are clear. So this next Thursday I meet with the surgeon I've selected, Dr. McCarthy at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago, Il. Surgery will probably be scheduled for early December.
