About Me (In My Own Words)
I had open heart surgery in 2012 to install a porcine tissue aortic valve. Now I am told the valve is failing and needs to be replaced. I am now 70 and I have no desire for another open heart procedure. I hope they admit me to the TAVR program. TAVR testing is on Dec. 7 and possible operation is on Dec. 12.
