About Me (In My Own Words)
I am having echo's, CT Scans and treadmill tests, but no treatment unless I take a Statin, and I don't have high cholesterol. I have moderate aortic stenosis, my mitral valve is calcified, and all 4 valves are regurgitating. My Aorta archway is DENSELY calcified. My only treatment is diet, exercise and fasting which lately I've been slacking. I had a pulmonary embolism a month ago that resolved on it's own. Also diagnosed with atherosclerosis, and more. I can't walk well because blood circulation is reduced in my feet. Afraid that a few sticky molecules will come along. I have accepted death, but I have 2 cats that are my children. I have family and if I died inside my house my cats would be trapped. My cardiologist gave me 2 years to live. I'm 71.
