About Me (In My Own Words)
I had a mechanical mitral valve replacement on 11/2009 and recovered quite nicely thanks to Adam's book.I'm back to running and the gym and quite proud of my recovery at 62.My questions concern cholesterol levels.i can't take statins and seem to have reactions to just about everything doctors try.I'm doing the more natural supplements but with little success.Any input you could give me would be very helpful.And thank you Adam for helping both me and my wife (who was also a patient and turned me on to your book)through very trying times.God bless you
