Previous tricuspid valve repair (May 2020, month after first baby was born) failed, causing severe tricuspid regurgitation. Due to second baby born in April 2021 and being asymptomatic, no treatment was to be done. In Augustus 2021, regurgitation got worse, still asymptomatic, but I decided along with my surgeon that surgery to replacement valve is best course of action. Currently 4 weeks post surgery and home for 2 weeks, recovery is going well, thanks to PT.
