About Me (In My Own Words)
I had a valvoplasty procedure at St. Mary's Hospital in Rochester. I was transferred from Sioux Falls, SD. My last echocardigram shows my heart is a little worse. This is as of August 2016. I was told not to gain weight but I have since having the procedure. I am now trying to lose weight. One plus that I have is that I gave up caffeine after reading that is contributes to regurgitation.
