I am writing for my 14 yr, old grandson. He is 3 yrs. post rheumatic fever. Has
severe ongoing arrythmias, severe tachycardia, homebound 99% if time, breathing difficulties, murmur. Doctors refuse to address the heart issue. Has anyone had this problem
