Diagnosed several years ago, tracked progress yearly, last echo Oct. 2015. Cardiologist recommened aortic valve replacement-open heart surgery. 78 yrs old in otherwise good health. Going to Aiken Regional Hospital then afterwards to Anchor Health & Rehab. Hopefully home in about 14 days +/-. Apprehensive and sceptical.
