Age 74,. add on COPD. Have problems sleepping but do excercize, maybe excercize to nuch. NORCO to toxic so use OTC minimally. Wonder when incision pains will leave as well as shoulder? Must keep positive attitude, acceptance and keep on trucking. Wear incision shield. Works. Problem with rolling over in sleep at home. Ouch!. I pray for patience and I want it right now!
