About Me (In My Own Words)
I had surgery to repair mitral valve. Had 2 strokes during surgery. I still am having such a difficult time. The whole process has been a nightmare. I’ve had every test done to figure out what is going on. I have this constant flow of something, it’s not acid reflux. I’ve been treated for that. The meds just give me diarrhea. No Dr can figure out what it is. Been to 14 Drs. I am to the point of putting a ball of tissue in my mouth at night to keep from choking on the flow. Food doesn’t taste good. Continue to lose weight. Dr said just live your life. It’s hard when facing this 24 hrs a day. I did notice that sternum wires were not tied together. Has anyone got any ideas or suggestions?
