About Me (In My Own Words)
15 years ago, at 59, I was diagnosed with a heart murmur. I've always been in good shape, very active and recently had the mitral valve repaired. I think the repair went very well, my blood pressure is normal but my resting heart rate is around 85. Before surgery it was 60. I'm looking for advise as to when I can get back to my regular gym workouts, SCUBA and Skydiving.
