Almost 2 years ago I was diagnosed with an Aortic Anuryseum and I needed Aortic valve replacement. My surgeon opted to do a repair instead of a replacement. I have lived with moderate AI for 1 year and am taking numerous meds to manage symptoms. I'm very concerned about the progression of moderate to severe and how long it takes for the progression. Alternatively, I'm concerned about the life expectancy with moderate AI and only taking meds.
