PROCEDURES PERFORMED:
1. Valve sparing aortic root replacement using a remodeling procedure with a 28 mm Hemashield graft.
2. Extra aortic ring annuloplasty using a 30 mm Dacron ring.
3. Complex bicuspid aortic valve repair (raphae mobilization, fibrous unpeeling of the surface of the fused leaflet and central plication sutures of the free cusp to remodel the free edge).
