About Me (In My Own Words)

I was diagnosed with mitral valve regurgitation in 2012. My cardiologist had monitored it for a couple years. The echo at the end of 2015 showed the valve was deteriorating. I had robotically assisted mitral valve repair on Friday, February 12, 2016 and was released from the hospital the following Monday.
