Seemed at the time fairly easy , my third surgery aged 51 and resulted in being fitted with a mechanical heart valve has
Been very hard to get over even now after 5 years I have severe spasms of pain in my Teres Major Muscle,
At the moment I feel I’ve tried everything but the pain still continues,
